Staging Hire for Large Group Photos
Are your clients asking you for large group photographs? We have the perfect solution for you!! Our Group Photography Staging Hire is very popular with school
and graduation photographers who cannot justify the expense of purchasing their own staging, or simply do not want the logistics of storage or transportation
Our staging consists of a strong framework and non-slip steps, as well as back and side safety rails. Unlike some systems available, our staging was purpose
built for group photography, as opposed to being converted scaffolding or similar - it will inspire client confidence the moment they see it! We are happy to
set up either outdoors on any flat area, or inside if you prefer
The staging has a maximum capacity of approx 300 people and is sectional, so we can build it to suit the layout you need. The maximum size we can go is 15m wide and
8 rows high, and as a guide, each section can hold approximately 45-50 people, dependent on their size. Please let us know how many people you need photographing,
how many different photos you are wanting, the location of your shoot and we can give you a quote

Our fee will include:
- Construction on site *
- As many different group photographs in the day as you want
- Arrangement of all the subjects to ensure both a good composition as well as everyones safety
- Photography so you won't have to bring any additional photographers. Images are taken in RAW and JPEG formats on your CF or SD memory card
- Powerful flash lighting if you have an indoor photo
- Dismantling everything afterwards *
- We even supply our own seating - which is guaranteed to keep any site manager happy!
* We do ask that you provide us with help to both build and dismantle the staging.
Multiple location shoots are possible on one day, dependent on timings and distance between venues. Please check with us before confirming to your client
Some frequently asked questions
The first question we always get asked is "Would you go to .....?" and the simple answer is, YES, we will go there!!! However, please be aware that
if your photo requires an early arrival onsite and/or staging build, then we may need to add a hotel stay to our travel costs
Another often asked question is, "The school is bigger than what your staging holds, can you help?" Whilst we always prefer to shoot a
group as one single image, it is possible to take two or more images which are then stitched together in Photoshop.
